If you read my blog regularly, you may remember that I’ve complained more than once lately about not having clouds when shooting on the beach. I like white, puffy clouds to add depth and dimension to beach pictures. Well, when I was shooting the Humphreys on Thursday, we had clouds. Only, they weren’t the nice, friendly, white puffy clouds that I requested. They were mean and angry, dark, bothersome clouds.

As nasty and threatening as these clouds were, I was hoping they would give us some much-needed rain (after I finished shooting, of course). But sadly, not a drop of rain fell.
